John O. Warner is a leading clinician-scientist in paediatrics, allergy, and respiratory medicine whose work has shaped modern understanding of asthma, food allergy, and early-life immune development. His research spans inhalant and food allergy, allergy prevention, airway and gut inflammation, artificial food additives, developmental origins of health and disease, and paediatric long-COVID. With 590 publications, he has delivered influential clinical trials, advanced mechanisms of allergic disease, and contributed to integrated care pathways and improvement science. His work also includes landmark studies on nutrition, human milk immunity, RSV bronchiolitis, paediatric asthma management, and the behavioural impacts of food additives.
